Digital Marketing Executive / Social Media Marketing Specialist

Job Title: Digital Marketing & E-commerce Executive

Department: Sales & Marketing

Reporting To: Manager Marketing / GM Sales & Marketing

Location: [Office / Hybrid]

Job Responsibilities:

Social Media & Digital Marketing

  • Manage company's presence on all social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.).
  • Create, schedule, and publish posts, stories, reels, videos, and ad campaigns to promote products.
  • Run paid campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads) to increase product visibility and sales leads.
  • Monitor digital campaign analytics, prepare reports, and optimize for better results.
  • Engage with customers online by responding to messages, comments, and inquiries.

E-commerce Management

6. Manage online sales platforms such as Daraz, Amazon, Shopify, and company website store.

7. Upload and update product listings, descriptions, images, and pricing.

8. Coordinate with logistics for smooth order fulfillment and timely delivery.

9. Track and analyze sales performance, customer feedback, and suggest improvements.

10. Develop and run seasonal promotions, bundles, and discount campaigns to boost online sales.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

  • Increase social media engagement & followers by X% quarterly.
  • Achieve monthly online sales targets (value & volume) through e-commerce platforms.
  • Maintain ROI ≥ target % on paid digital campaigns.
  • Ensure ≥ 95% order fulfillment on time for e-commerce sales.
  • Improve customer satisfaction rating ≥ 90% across online channels.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs40, Rs50,000.00 per month
