As we prepare to launch, we are seeking a passionate and experienced General Manager who can bring this vision to life by building a high-performing team, driving operational excellence, and delivering an exceptional member experience.

Position Overview

The General Manager will serve as the strategic and operational leader of Elevate. This role is ideal for a dynamic professional who thrives in fast-paced, service-driven environments and understands how fitness, wellness, and hospitality can seamlessly blend to create a market-leading brand.

The successful candidate will oversee daily operations, financial management, team leadership, and member engagement, ensuring Elevate is recognized as the benchmark for premium health and wellness in Pakistan.

Key Responsibilities

Operations & Facility Management

• Lead and manage all aspects of day-to-day club operations, including fitness areas, group classes, recovery zones, and front-of-house.
• Maintain a world-class facility that prioritizes cleanliness, safety, and operational efficiency.
• Oversee maintenance, equipment upgrades, and vendor relationships.

Team Leadership

• Recruit, train, and manage a diverse team including trainers, wellness professionals, front desk, and support staff.
• Build a performance-driven culture rooted in service, accountability, and collaboration.
• Conduct regular team meetings, coaching sessions, and performance evaluations.

Member Experience & Hospitality

• Ensure every member and guest receives a premium, personalized experience.
• Respond promptly to member feedback and proactively implement service improvements.
• Partner with staff to deliver memorable touchpoints that foster long-term loyalty.

Program & Service Innovation

• Collaborate with trainers and wellness experts to develop integrated offerings (e.g., personal training, nutrition, mindfulness, recovery).
• Monitor industry trends and introduce innovative programs that differentiate Elevate.
• Measure program success through participation, retention, and satisfaction metrics.

Financial & Business Performance

• Take ownership of the club's budget, P&L, and revenue targets.
• Drive membership growth, retention, and profitability.
• Track KPIs and leverage data insights to optimize performance and decision-making.

Brand & Community Engagement

• Act as an ambassador of Elevate in the local community.
• Build partnerships, support marketing initiatives, and lead in-house events.
• Uphold and communicate the brand's premium positioning at all times.

Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum 5+ years of leadership experience in fitness, wellness, hospitality, or a related service-driven industry.
• Proven track record in operations management, people leadership, and financial performance.
• Strong understanding of customer service excellence and current wellness trends.
• Skilled in budgeting, business strategy, and KPI management.
• Energetic, approachable, and passionate about health, wellness, and lifestyle transformation.
