
Office Assistant

We are seeking a reliable and organized Office Assistant to support the day-to-day operations of our office. The ideal candidate will be a detail-oriented multitasker with excellent communication skills and a proactive attitude. This role is vital to ensuring smooth functioning and maintaining a productive work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and handle correspondence
- Greet and assist visitors, clients, and staff in a professional manner
- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
- Maintain physical and digital filing systems
- Perform data entry and update records and databases accurately
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Assist with document preparation, photocopying, and scanning
- Support other departments with administrative tasks as needed
- Ensure the office is clean, organized, and presentable
- Assist with data extraction from internal systems and contact customers to gather or confirm information as needed
- Schedule meetings, appointments, and manage calendars
