Job Purpose:

The Executive – Production will be responsible for supervising, monitoring, and ensuring smooth execution of the furniture production process. The role involves coordinating with design, procurement, and quality teams to meet production targets, maintain quality standards, and ensure timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist visitors and clients in a professional, courteous manner.
  • Handle all incoming phone calls and direct them to the relevant departments.
  • Maintain the reception area, ensuring it is tidy and presentable at all times.
  • Record visitor details and manage the visitor log.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail, courier, and documents.
  • Support the sales and design teams by coordinating client appointments and follow-ups.
  • Maintain basic record of showroom walk-ins and client inquiries.
  • Coordinate refreshments or hospitality arrangements for clients.
  • Manage office supplies and stationery for the showroom.
  • Assist in administrative tasks as assigned by management.

Key Skills & Competencies:

  • Minimum Intermediate / Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 1–2 years of experience in front desk or customer service roles.
  • Pleasant personality, good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Professional appearance and attitude.
  • Punctual, responsible, and well-organized.
