RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Answering phones from customers professionally and responding to customer inquiries.
  • Following the call center "scripts" when handling different services of real estate.
  • Routing inbound calls to the appropriate resources.
  • Recognizing customer expectations, clarifying details, solving any challenge and offering answers
  • Create a customer's trust in the services and projects that the company offers.
  • Provide customized, top quality customer support
  • Ensure feedback from the customer to further improve the customer services.
  • Selling the company's services and meeting the targets
  • Keep track of all interactions in a comprehensible way in our call center database
  • Diverse approach according to the situation
  • Keep updated with company developments, products, offerings, etc. and ensure all related information is understand for customer satisfaction
  • Setting individual sales targets with the sales team
  • Candidate will be responsible for effectively communicating project sales offers

Job Requirement

  • At least 1 year + experience in an international call center (Inbound and Outbound)
  • Minimum Qualification Intermediate/ O/A Levels
  • Fluent in English/Urdu
  • Previous experience in a customer support and sales support role
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices

  • Must have good communication and interpersonal interaction skills, and efficient listening
  • Self-motivated and passionate person
  • Excellent time management and coordination skills
  • Excellent customer care attitude.
  • Team player and well organized.
