Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Gujranwala for a Business Development Manager. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, developing and implementing growth strategies, and meeting sales targets. This role requires market research, strategic planning, and collaboration with various departments to ensure the achievement of business goals.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, and implementing growth strategies
  • Proven experience in client relationship management and meeting sales targets
  • Excellent strategic planning skills and ability to perform market research
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in using business development tools and CRM software
  • Relevant experience in the insurance industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with various departments
