Position Overview:
The Global Operations Specialist is responsible for analyzing the organization's sales performance and operational efficiency worldwide. This role involves supporting global sales teams and executives by providing detailed sales and market analysis, including pipeline assessment, forecasting, historical sales analysis, and market potential evaluation. Additionally, the specialist will play a crucial role in implementing and maintaining sales automation tools in various regions to enhance organizational value.
What You Will Do as a Global Operations Specialist:

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Coordinate with Partners and sales operations globally
- Support global onboarding of partners and internal teams with tools, documentation, and process training.
- Analyze trends and performance metrics to identify opportunities for efficiency and growth.
- Manage global portals, ensuring updated catalog and prices
- Provide daily operational support
- Monitor invoicing and address payment delays
- Deliver business intelligence through reporting and analysis
- Build relationships with sales and corporate support leadership
- Communicate frequently and effectively
- Drive results and follow through
- Participate in calls for communication, improvement, and alignment
What You Will Bring to the Team:
- At least 5 years of Data Analyst, Business Intelligence, Financial Analyst, Operations Analyst
- Experience in offshore/out-sourced environments, sales, business operations, or marketing with project coordination
- Effective communication skills across all levels of business
- Advanced Excel Skills in MS Office tools, especially Excel and Power Bi for advanced modeling and data analysis
- Detail-oriented with high accuracy
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Excellent customer service and account management skills
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
- Neutral accent with good articulation and professional escalation management
- Outstanding presentation and communication skills
- Graduate – In any discipline.
