Role Overview: Be the Operational Engine of FCC

We're seeking a proactive, tech-obsessed Operations & Platform Support Specialist to become the central hub of our digital ecosystem. You'll ensure that all our platforms from CRMs to communication tools running efficiently and reliably.

This is not just a support role; it's a builder's role. You'll be the one automating workflows, solving real-time challenges, and creating a smoother operational experience for our global team and clients.

Key Responsibilities

1. Platform Management & System Administration


• Oversee and maintain FCC's tech stack: Airtable, GoHighLevel (GHL), Slack, Telegram, Whop, Rolodex, and more.


• Manage user accounts, permissions, and access levels.


• Ensure the smooth functioning of the company website, CMS, and client-facing platforms.


• Manage scheduling tools, calendars, and system integrations.

2. Automation & Workflow Optimization


• Build automations using tools like Zapier or Make to streamline repetitive tasks.


• Integrate multiple systems to create efficient, automated workflows.


• Identify process bottlenecks and recommend continuous improvements.

3. Marketing & Performance Analytics


• Create and track UTM links for marketing campaigns.


• Monitor performance metrics and prepare clear, actionable reports for leadership.


• Maintain clean, structured, and accurate data across all platforms.

4. Real-Time Technical & Team Support


• Serve as the first point of contact for technical issues and troubleshooting.


• Provide live backend support during critical client calls and meetings.


• Ensure the team's operational systems run smoothly and efficiently.

Who You Are


• A true digital native who understands and loves technology.


• Experienced with Airtable, GoHighLevel, Slack, and Telegram.


• Familiar with automation tools like Zapier or Make (or eager to master them).


• Highly organized, analytical, and detail-oriented.


• A proactive problem-solver who takes initiative.


• An excellent communicator with strong written and spoken English skills.

Preferred Background


• 1–3 years of experience in operations, technical support, or platform management.


• Experience in startups, agencies, or fast-paced environments.


• Comfortable working in global and asynchronous settings.

Work Schedule


• Monday to Friday: 8–10 hours/day


• Saturday & Sunday: 4–5 hours/day


• Full-time onsite role based in Islamabad/Rawalpindi with a consistent and flexible schedule.

Compensation

  • $500 – $1,000 USD per month, based on skills, experience, and demonstrated competency. Salary in USD.
