Advergic is a leading ad optimization and ad tech platform that helps web and app publishers increase their ad revenue by a minimum of 30%. Our technology provides an intelligent layer between publishers' platforms and major ad networks to maximize revenue and user experience.

Role Description

We are looking to hire (4) Ad Operations Specialists to join our adops team and manage the ad revenue monetization of websites and mobile apps of all sizes.
This is a full-time on-site role located in Islamabad.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Highly analytical and has an understanding of statistical theories and principles
  • Able to communicate effectively and confidently in both written and verbal
  • Has experience with relationship management or customer service
  • Proficient in MS Excel & Google Sheets, and data presentation
  • Has basic knowledge of different Google ad platforms
  • Understands how website and app monetization works
  • Experience with ad operations or digital advertising is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Onboarding new signed-up accounts, understanding their goals, and set timelines for implementation and optimization
  • Review their current ad setup and spot opportunities to increase revenues
  • Setting up Google Ad Manager from scratch
  • Analyze daily reports and understand the key metrics for performance
  • Running monthly and annual reports to check historical data and analyze performance trends

Great to Have

  • Worked with AdSense, Google Analytics, and Google Ad Manager and has detailed knowledge of Google ad and content policies
  • Built or at least managed a website for ad revenue monetization
  • Has worked with WordPress and is knowledgeable when it comes to implementing ads and debugging ad calls
