We are looking for a results-oriented Google Ads Specialist to plan, execute, and optimize paid search campaigns that drive measurable ROI for our clients and internal projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, create, and manage Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Shopping, and YouTube).
  • Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience targeting to maximize ad performance.
  • Write compelling and high-converting ad copy aligned with brand voice and marketing goals.
  • Monitor campaign performance metrics (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, conversions, etc.) and provide regular reports.
  • Optimize landing pages and ad creatives for higher Quality Score and conversion rates.
  • Manage and adjust budgets and bidding strategies to ensure efficient spend and target achievement.
  • A/B test ads, extensions, and landing pages to continuously improve results.
  • Collaborate with marketing, design, and content teams to align ad strategies with overall marketing initiatives.
  • Stay updated on Google Ads policies, algorithm updates, and best practices.
  • Identify new opportunities and trends in PPC advertising to enhance campaign performance.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 2+ years of proven experience managing Google Ads campaigns (agency experience preferred).
  • Google Ads Certification (Search, Display, or Video) is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and conversion tracking setup.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and reporting skills.
  • Proficiency with tools like Google Keyword Planner, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or similar.
  • Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset.
