We are looking for an experienced Google Ads Specialist with a strong background in running fitness-related ad campaigns. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience generating high-quality leads and sales for fitness businesses — such as gyms, personal trainers, fitness studios, or wellness brands — through data-driven Google Ads strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, build, and optimize Google Ads campaigns focused on fitness, health, and wellness sectors.
  • Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis specific to the fitness niche.
  • Create compelling ad copy and creatives that attract and convert fitness-focused audiences.
  • Manage campaigns across Google Search, Display, YouTube, and Performance Max.
  • Track, analyze, and optimize campaigns for conversions and ROI.
  • Implement effective retargeting and remarketing strategies to maximize client retention.
  • Provide regular reports and actionable insights to improve overall campaign performance.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and algorithm updates relevant to fitness advertising.

Required Qualifications:

  • 4–5 years of proven experience running Google Ads campaigns, preferably for fitness or wellness brands.
  • Strong understanding of PPC strategy, funnel optimization, and conversion tracking.
  • Google Ads Certification (Search, Display, or Video) is a plus.
  • Experience with Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and conversion event setup.
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills.
  • Demonstrated success in generating leads, memberships, or online sales for fitness-related clients.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience working with fitness studios, gyms, supplement brands, or personal trainers.
  • Knowledge of Facebook Ads or Meta campaigns is a plus.
  • Understanding of fitness consumer behavior and seasonal advertising trends.
  • Ability to design basic landing pages or collaborate with design teams to improve ad performance.
