Role Overview

We are seeking a
highly creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer
to join our in-house creative team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who has strong design skills, a keen eye for detail, and a desire to grow in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

As a Junior Graphic Designer, you will:

  • Bring concepts to life
    through visually compelling designs across print and digital media.
  • Work closely with our marketing and content teams to develop branding, campaign assets, and social media visuals.
  • Ensure all creative work aligns with
    brand guidelines
    and delivers a consistent visual identity for both The Grey Concept and our diverse client portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create
    graphics, illustrations, and layouts
    for marketing campaigns, social media, websites, and promotional materials.
  • Assist in
    logo design, brand identity creation
    , and development of
    style guides
    .
  • Work on
    typography, color palettes, and composition
    to create engaging designs.
  • Collaborate with marketing, social media, and content teams to produce
    eye-catching and on-brand visuals
    .
  • Adapt designs for different platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, web, print).
  • Support in designing
    UI/UX elements
    for websites and digital products using Figma.
  • Create and edit
    short-form videos, motion graphics, and animations
    for social media.
  • Maintain awareness of
    industry trends
    and best practices to bring fresh ideas to projects.

    : Ability to select and apply fonts effectively for branding and marketing materials.

    – for motion graphics and simple animations

    – for quick, mobile-optimized video editing
  • Creative Problem-Solving
    : Ability to translate ideas into visually impactful designs.
  • Attention to Detail
    : Strong quality control over design elements and consistency.
  • Collaboration Skills
    : Comfortable working with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
  • Education
    : Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
