·PakistaniNational (Male/Female), MBA specializing in HR from a reputed University.

·Candidate having 6+ years' working experience in the HR department of a reputed company. Experience in any construction company will be preferable with the Knowledge of HR Management, Industrial Management, Labor Laws.

·Can manage a full spectrum of the HR department function including, Payroll Management, Compensation and Benefits, Performance Management, Rewards and Recognition, Talent Acquisition, Employee Communication and Engagement etc.

·Recommend budgets, policies, and perform medium to long term planning.

·Strong expertise in creating HR processes, practices and policies to support a transformational, high growth organization.

·Experience partnering with people at all levels of the organization to identify and implement innovation solutions to complex HR challenges.

·Defining, implementing and maintaining Company's Culture and Value across the organization and effectively communicating and mentoring employees on company's values and principles.

·Strong interpersonal and communication skills required.

·Strong control on MS office, knowledge of SAP is preferable

·Maximum age limit is 40 years, relaxation in upper age limit could be given to the specialized/experienced cases.
