Role Overview

Are you good at cold outreach? are you good at booking meetings with Founders, CxOs and Decision makers?

We are looking for a result-driven associate to help us grow our international client base. You will be responsible for identifying, pursuing, and closing new B2B clients from English-speaking markets seeking offshore software development services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, prospect, and generate new business opportunities via LinkedIn, email outreach, partnerships, cold calling, and digital channels
  • Develop and maintain a healthy pipeline of potential clients across targeted geographies
  • Understand client requirements and propose tailored software development solutions
  • Build strong relationships with decision-makers (CTOs, CIOs, Product Managers, Founders, etc.)
  • Coordinate with internal technical teams to prepare proposals, estimates, and presentations
  • Manage and close deals through the entire sales cycle—from initial contact to contract signing
  • Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Maintain CRM records, sales documentation, and reporting
  • Attend industry webinars, virtual conferences, and networking events to promote the company

Requirements

  • 0–1 year of experience in B2B business development or sales in the software development or IT outsourcing industry
  • Proven track record of winning international clients (especially from US, UK, Canada, or Australia)
  • Comfortable working in international time zones and independently in a remote setup
  • Ability to understand technical offerings and translate them into business value

Must Have:

  • Familiarity with tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, HubSpot, Apollo, or similar CRM/sales tools
  • Self-starter with a hunter mindset, high energy, and strong work ethic
  • Excellent spoken and written English; strong interpersonal and communication skills

Nice to Have

  • Prior experience in a software services agency or offshore development company
  • Knowledge of modern tech stacks, Agile methodology, SaaS, AI, DevOps, and Cloud
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field
