About the Role

We're looking for a
creative, trend-driven, and strategic Social Media & Creative Content Executive
to join our growing team

The ideal candidate is someone who lives and breathes social media from brainstorming viral ideas to managing day-to-day campaigns, content calendars, influencer collaborations, and product launches.

You'll lead the company's creative content strategy across all digital platforms to grow engagement, drive awareness, and strengthen our community.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conceptualize and create a wide range of content for
    Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Pinterest, Twitter, and Facebook Groups
    .
  • Manage and oversee all social media platforms, ensuring consistent brand voice and aesthetic.
  • Develop and execute both short-term and long-term creative strategies.
  • Capitalize on trending topics and brainstorm fresh, audience-attracting ideas.
  • Maintain and evolve the company's
    visual aesthetic and storytelling tone
    .
  • Create engaging
    interactive posts, reels, and stories
    to boost engagement.
  • Manage and monitor the daily performance of social media campaigns across multiple channels.
  • Generate and curate
    user-generated content (UGC)
    weekly to strengthen community authenticity.
  • Plan, script, and execute content with the design team from concept to publishing.
  • Build relationships with
    influencers, creators, and agencies
    to expand brand reach.
  • Utilize
    UTMs and analytics tools
    to track campaign performance and engagement metrics.
  • Collaborate across departments to ensure consistent branding and messaging.
  • Lead
    product launch campaigns
    including planning, photography, content rollout, and PR coordination.
  • Analyze and report
    campaign results, ROI, KPIs, and engagement trends
    .
  • Create and present detailed performance reports for management.
  • Plan and execute
    monthly ad campaigns
    in collaboration with Facebook/Google Ads partners.
  • Oversee
    photo and video shoots
    from concept, storyboard, and direction to final editing.
  • Shape and communicate the company's
    vision, mission, and public image
    .
  • Support in any other creative-related projects as needed.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years
    of experience in
    social media management and content creation
    (preferably in the
    beauty, cosmetics, or haircare
    industry).
  • Bachelor's degree in
    BBA
    ,
    Media Science
    , or a related field.
  • Proficiency in
    Canva, Google Workspace, and project management tools (Coda, Trello, etc.)
    .
  • Strong eye for design, trends, and aesthetics.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Creative thinker with a deep understanding of social media algorithms and audience engagement.
