Globe Call Centre is seeking a creative, motivated, and detail-oriented Female Social Media Executive to join our expanding marketing team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about digital marketing, online engagement, and brand storytelling, with the ability to transform creative ideas into impactful campaigns that strengthen our brand's digital presence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, create, and manage engaging content across various social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
  • Develop and execute effective social media strategies to build brand awareness and drive audience engagement.
  • Stay updated on social media trends, analyze performance metrics, and optimize campaigns for better results.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to design creative visuals, videos, and written content for marketing initiatives.
  • Prepare performance reports and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • Experience: 1–2 years of experience in social media management or a related field. (Fresh graduates with strong creative portfolios are encouraged to apply.)
  • In-depth understanding of social media tools, algorithms, and content strategies.
  • Excellent communication, writing, and multitasking skills.
  • Strong ability to manage projects independently and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
  • Basic knowledge of graphic design or video editing software is a plus.

Office location: Plot no. 206, East Service Road, I 10/3, Islamabad

Office timings: 12 pm to 8 pm
