We are looking for a proactive and results-oriented
Manager – Corporate Sales
to join our team. The role will focus on identifying new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and closing sales in the insurance and health sectors. The position is ideal for candidates who are ambitious, client-focused, and eager to grow within corporate sales.
Responsibilities:
- Identify, prospect, and secure new corporate clients across targeted industries.
- Conduct client meetings, prepare proposals, and deliver impactful sales pitches.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with corporate clients.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall revenue growth.
- Gather client requirements and collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline, and client interactions.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to position offerings effectively.
- Support the Senior Manager and Head of Corporate Sales in executing broader sales strategies.
Qualifications:
- 2–4 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in insurance, banking, or related industries.
- Strong business development and client engagement skills.
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
