Job Summary:
We're seeking an experienced Corporate Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts and drive business growth. As a key member of our team, you'll develop and execute sales strategies to expand our customer base, build strong relationships with corporate clients, and meet sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve corporate sales targets.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities with corporate clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted marketing campaigns.
- Negotiate and close deals with corporate clients.
- Analyze sales data and market trends to inform sales strategies.
- Manage and mentor a team of sales representatives.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in corporate sales, preferably in the tyre industry.
- Strong understanding of sales principles, practices, and techniques.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
