Job Responsibilities:

  1. Oversee daily accounting operations including general ledger, payables, receivables, payroll, and bank reconciliations.
  2. Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and statements.
  3. Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards, tax regulations, and company policies.
  4. Liaise with external and internal auditors, ensuring timely completion of audits and resolution of audit observations.
  5. Assist in budget preparation, variance analysis, and financial forecasting.
  6. Monitor cash flow and ensure optimal utilization of financial resources.
  7. Lead and mentor the accounting staff, providing training and performance feedback.
  8. Implement and maintain effective internal controls and accounting systems for efficiency and accuracy.
  9. Collaborate with other departments for financial planning, reporting, and compliance support.

Requirements:

  • CA/ACCA finalist, member or qualified
  • Minimum 4–6 years of relevant accounting experience, including at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
  • Proficiency in accounting software SAP and MS Excel and strong understanding of IFRS, taxation, and corporate financial regulations.
