Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced and visionary
Finance Manager
who can lead the financial function as a
strategic partner
to business growth. The ideal candidate will bring hands-on experience in
ERP systems, FP&A, business modeling, and financial automation
— transforming finance into a data-driven decision-making engine.

This role is suited for someone who has worked in
fast-paced organizations or startups
, understands
digital finance transformation
, and can align financial operations with Mohsyn's mission and long-term strategy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead all
    financial planning, analysis, and reporting (FP&A)
    functions for the organization.
  • Oversee
    budgeting, forecasting, and fund management
    to ensure fiscal health and efficiency.
  • Drive
    ERP implementation, integration, and automation
    across finance workflows.
  • Build
    financial models
    for strategic planning, investments, and scenario analysis.
  • Manage
    corporate finance functions
    , including cash flow, working capital, and treasury.
  • Ensure timely and accurate
    financial reporting
    in compliance with regulatory and audit standards.
  • Partner with leadership to
    analyze business performance
    , optimize costs, and support growth initiatives.
  • Lead and mentor the
    finance team
    , fostering a culture of accountability and innovation.

Requirements

  • ACCA, ACA, or CA
    qualified (required)
  • 6–8 years of experience in
    financial planning, corporate finance, or ERP-led finance functions
  • Proven experience with
    financial automation, system transformation, or ERP implementation
    (e.g., Dynamics 365, SAP, or Oracle)
  • Strong analytical background with expertise in
    business modeling and data-driven decision-making
  • Excellent command of Excel, financial tools, and ERP reporting modules
  • Experience in
    fast-paced or startup environments
    preferred
  • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills
