Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Relationship Manager, located in Lahore. The Relationship Manager will be introducing new clients to mert his monthly targets. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for managing relationships with clients, understanding their financial needs, and providing appropriate solutions. Daily tasks include maintaining client portfolios, conducting financial needs analyses, developing strategic relationships, and ensuring client satisfaction. The Relationship Manager will also be involved in promoting new products and services, and ensuring compliance with banking regulations.

Qualifications

  • Client Relationship Management skills and Customer Service experience
  • Strong knowledge of financial products, services, and Islamic banking principles
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Analytical skills with the ability to assess client needs and potential solutions
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field
  • Proven experience in banking or financial services
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications
