South City Hospital is one of Karachi's leading tertiary care facilities, known for its patient-centered care, advanced clinical services, and integrated digital health initiatives. We are expanding our Health IT systems and are looking for an experienced ERPNext Developer to join our technology team and contribute to our mission of enhancing healthcare delivery through innovation.

Job Responsibilities

Customize, develop, and maintain ERPNext modules to support hospital operations including finance, HR, procurement, pharmacy, laboratory, radiology, and inventory.

Integrate ERPNext with other hospital systems such as Electronic Medical Records (EMR), Radiology (PACS/DICOM), and Laboratory Information Systems (LIS).

Develop and manage custom Doctypes, scripts, reports, and dashboards tailored to departmental workflows.

Collaborate with functional teams to understand requirements, translate them into technical specifications, and deliver scalable ERPNext solutions.

Manage data migrations, backups, and system performance optimization.

Implement role-based permissions and maintain system security and compliance.

Troubleshoot issues, perform upgrades, and ensure version control via Git or similar tools.

Document all customizations and maintain best practices in ERPNext development.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

2+ years of hands-on experience with ERPNext or the Frappe Framework.

Strong proficiency in Python, JavaScript, Jinja, MariaDB/MySQL, and REST APIs.

Experience with custom app development and integration of third-party APIs.

Familiarity with Linux environments, Git, and Docker (preferred).

Understanding of healthcare workflows or previous experience in hospital/clinic automation will be an advantage. (preferred)

Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs200, Rs250,000.00 per month
