Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Accounts Associate, located in Karāchi. The Accounts Associate will be responsible for managing customer accounts, providing excellent customer service, and handling account queries. Day-to-day tasks will include performing account reconciliations, maintaining financial records, assisting with audits, and supporting financial reporting activities. The role also involves analyzing financial data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.

Qualifications

  • Strong Interpersonal Skills and Communication abilities
  • Excellent Analytical Skills to interpret financial data
  • Experience in Customer Service and Account Management
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage
