Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Recruiter, located in Karāchi. The Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, interviewing, and hiring candidates for various roles within the company. Daily tasks include posting job openings, reviewing applications, conducting interviews, and coordinating with department heads to understand hiring needs. Additionally, the Recruiter will manage recruitment databases and job portals, and ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, and Candidate Sourcing
  • Strong Interviewing, Communication, and Interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency with Recruitment Software and Job Portals
  • Familiarity with Employment Laws and Compliance
  • Excellent Organizational and Time Management skills
  • Ability to work on-site in Karāchi, North Nazimabad Block N
  • A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
