Role Purpose

The Project Manager Qualitative Research is responsible for end-to-end project delivery, ensuring expert recruitment and qualitative insights are aligned with client needs. This role focuses on managing multiple research projects simultaneously, balancing speed and quality, while upholding Green Minds values and compliance framework.

Key Responsibilities

Project Management & Delivery

  • Own the full lifecycle of qualitative research projects from brief understanding to final expert delivery.
  • Interpret project briefs, assess sensitivity, and align team strategy with client objectives.
  • Coordinate expert recruitment across multiple sources (database, LinkedIn, calls, alternative platforms) per the Recruitment Handbook.
  • Ensure timely Master Sheet updates, accuracy in expert profiles, and smooth delivery to clients.

Team Leadership & Development

  • Manage a team of Associates/Analysts, setting clear targets and guiding daily workflows.
  • Coach team members on recruitment methods, Boolean search, compliance, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Foster a high-performance, collaborative culture with clear accountability.

Client & Stakeholder Management

  • Act as primary point of contact for clients during active projects.
  • Provide regular project updates, manage expectations, and escalate challenges when necessary.
  • Build strong industry-specific expert networks and maintain trusted client relationships.

Compliance & Quality Control

  • Uphold strict compliance with Green Minds policies on blacklisted companies, data protection, and ethical sourcing.
  • Review screeners, outreach messaging, and expert call protocols for consistency and accuracy.
  • Monitor expert consultations, ensuring professional delivery and accurate documentation.

Requirements

Experience & Skills

  • 4-6 years of experience in qualitative research, project management, or expert networks.
  • Proven track record of managing multiple projects under tight deadlines.
  • Strong stakeholder management and client-facing communication skills.
  • Advanced knowledge of sourcing methods, including LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Boolean search, and alternative databases.
  • Solid organizational, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
