Role Overview:

We are looking for a proactive and organized Operations Incharge to oversee the end-to-end operational cycle, including delivery, installation of units, and after-sales service support. This role is critical in ensuring smooth coordination between warehouses, technicians, and customer care teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage daily operations related to product delivery and installation.

Supervise technicians and ensure timely, high-quality installations.

Oversee customer after-sales support and coordinate with the customer care department.

Maintain operational alignment between the head office and warehouses.

Track service KPIs to ensure customer satisfaction and service excellence.

Resolve escalated operational or customer issues promptly.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Operations, or a related field.

2–3 years of experience in operations, logistics, or service management (preferably in appliances, water solutions, or FMCG sectors).

Strong leadership and team management skills.

Excellent problem-solving and organizational abilities.

Customer-focused with strong communication skills.
