Role Description

We are looking for a Human Resources Intern for a full-time, on-site role based in the Karachi Division. The role involves supporting HR operations, developing effective HR policies, assisting with employee benefit programs, and manpower planning. The intern will also engage in personnel management activities, provide administrative support to the HR team, and contribute to employee engagement initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Knowledge of core Human Resources (HR) practices and principles
  • Understanding of HR Management and creating HR Policies
  • Experience or understanding of Employee Benefits and Personnel Management
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage confidential information
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other HR management tools is a plus
  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
