Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Officer located in Karāchi. The Human Resources Officer will be responsible for managing day-to-day HR activities. These tasks include developing and implementing HR policies, managing employee relations, and creating comprehensive job descriptions. The role aims to support and improve HR functions within the organization, ensuring an optimal working environment for all employees.
Qualifications

- Expertise in HR Policies and Employee Relations
- Experience in Job Description Development
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
- Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage
