Role Description:
The Data Entry Clerk / Data Assistant is responsible for accurately entering, updating, and maintaining information across company databases and digital systems. This role supports daily operations by ensuring data integrity, organizing records, and assisting with administrative and reporting tasks. The Data Entry Clerk / Data Assistant plays a key role in supporting teams across departments such as operations, finance, marketing, customer service, and project management.
Key responsibilities include inputting data into spreadsheets or internal software, verifying the accuracy of information, updating records, and performing regular data quality checks. The role may also involve retrieving information for reports, assisting with file management, organizing documentation, and supporting routine administrative tasks. In some cases, the Data Assistant may help with basic data analysis, preparing simple charts, or compiling summaries for supervisors.
The position requires strong attention to detail, a high degree of accuracy, and the ability to manage repetitive tasks efficiently. The role is ideal for individuals who are organized, reliable, and comfortable working with digital systems and structured workflows. Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional training in office administration, data management, or related fields is a plus.
- Strong typing skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.

- Strong problem-solving and follow-up skills with a proactive and reliable work ethic.
- Familiarity with CRM systems, ERP platforms, or other data tools is an advantage but not required.
- Willingness to learn new software systems and adapt to changing workflows.
