We are a dynamic and growing real estate company seeking an experienced and motivated Team Lead to join our team. As a Team Lead, you will play a key role in leading our sales team to success, driving revenue growth, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Real Estate Team Lead to lead our sales team in achieving sales goals, expanding our market share, and providing exceptional customer service. The successful candidate will have a strong background in real estate sales, excellent leadership skills, and a proven track record of driving sales growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of real estate sales agents to achieve sales goals and expand market share

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and increase market share

  • Provide coaching, training, and support to sales agents to improve sales skills and knowledge

  • Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement

  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders to drive business growth

  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry regulations

  • Collaborate with other departments to achieve business objectives

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in real estate sales or a related field

  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and leading high-performing teams

  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills

  • Strong knowledge of real estate markets, trends, and regulations

  • Ability to analyze sales data and market trends to inform business decisions

  • Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Real estate license or certification

  • Experience with CRM software and sales analytics tools

  • Knowledge of local market trends and regulations
