Makaan Solutions is looking for a female Business Development Officer to join our sales team. The role is focused on building client relationships, closing property sales, and driving revenue growth. The right candidate will be confident, persuasive, and passionate about helping clients find the right real estate solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate new sales leads through networking, calls, and client meetings.
  • Present and promote real estate projects to potential buyers.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business.
  • Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
  • Provide clients with accurate information about property options, payment plans, and investment opportunities.
  • Coordinate with the marketing team for lead follow-up and conversion.
  • Keep records of client interactions and sales progress.

Requirements

  • Female candidate only (mandatory).
  • Minimum Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in sales or business development (real estate experience is a plus).
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Confident personality with the ability to build trust with clients.
  • Ability to work under pressure and achieve sales targets.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and comfortable with CRM tools.
