We are seeking a highly competent and detail-oriented "
Manager Accounts & Finance"
 to lead our financial operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all financial and accounting functions, ensuring compliance, financial planning, and strategic reporting to management. Candiate must have an advanced knowledge of accounting practices and procedures including the 
Generally Accepted Accounting Principles
 
(GAAP)
 and hands-on experience of 
accounting software
 & 
databases
. Candidate should have at least 
4 to 5 years
 of work experience. Experience with an immigration company would be a plus point.

Key Responsibilities:


• Prepare and maintain financial reports of the company


• Process, verify, document and reconcile all receipts & payments


• Managing and overseeing the daily operations of the accounting department


• Collection of payments from company's clients & deposit it timely to the concerned authorities


• Process employee payroll & distribution of salaries


• Monitor cashflow & manage company's petty cash on weekly basis including maintaining & presenting record


• Keeping up all the accounts data up to date, organized & symmetrical


• Monitoring, analyzing & presenting accounting data & financial reports or statementsto the top management & CEO when required


• Establishing and enforcing proper accounting methods, policies and principles


• Audit financial transactions and documents


• Prepare client quotations/invoices with respect to foreign currency conversion rates in US/Canadian dollar, Euros, AED, etc.


• Maintain strong internal controls and implement financial best practices.


• Provide financial insights and recommendations to the CEO and senior management for strategic decision-making.

Key Requirements:

✓ 
Education:
 Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Commerce (ACCA/CA/ICMA preferred).

✓ 
Experience:
 Minimum 5–7 years of progressive experience in Accounts & Finance, including at least 2 years in a managerial role.

✓ Strong understanding of financial management systems, taxation, and reporting standards.

✓ Proficient in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, ERP systems, MS Excel).

✓ Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.

✓ Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
