Manager Accounts & Finance

We are looking for an Manager Accounts & Finance

The Accounts Manager responsibilities include preparing financial reports, performing account reconciliations, maintaining the general ledger, preparing tax returns (WHT U/S 149), income tax returns, sales tax returns, assisting with audit preparations, and performing other accounting duties as assigned.

Responsibilities:

-Accounts Maintenance on ERP system including, Customer Ledger, Payroll, Inventory, Financial statements, Cash flows and financial forecast

-Coordinating accounting functions and programs

-Accounts Payable, Receivable (Reconciliation, Aging & Reporting)

-Preparing financial statements

-Preparing financial analysis and reports

-Preparing revenue projections and forecasting expenditure

-Assisting with preparing and monitoring budgets

-Maintaining and reconciling balance sheet and general ledger accounts

-Assisting with annual audit preparations

-Investigating and resolving audit findings, account discrepancies, and issues of non-compliance

-Preparing federal, state, local, and special tax returns

-Contributing to the development of new or amended accounting systems, programs, and procedures

-Excellent liason with local Banks

-Can deal with Tax Authorities (FBR, SECP, EOBI etc) for audits and compliances

-Performing other accounting duties and supporting junior staff as required or assigned.

-Excellent proficiency in MS Excel with expertise in Quick Books

-Preferable for IT Sector Experience
