Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an
Accounts Manager
located in Lahore. The Accounts Manager will be responsible for overseeing the company's financial operations, including managing day-to-day accounts, maintaining financial records,and ensuring accurate reporting. They will also handle all aspects of accounts payable and accounts receivable, reconcile bank statements and manage payroll. The role involves preparing financial statements, developing budgets and analyzing financial data to support strategic decision-making. Additionally, the Accounts Manager will be responsible for managing relationships with vendors, suppliers and financial institutions, as well as ensuring compliance with all tax regulations and accounting standards.

Qualifications

  • MBA
    or
    M.Com
  • Prior experience
    of at least
    5 years
    in a similar accounting or finance role is mandatory, preferably within automotive industry.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.
  • Proficiency in accounting softwares and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for working with internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Proven ability to handle confidential financial information with discretion.

JD's

  • They would process and pay vendor invoices for new stock of tires and rims, as well as send out invoices and follow up on payments from clients.
  • The manager would reconcile the company's bank accounts and cash balances to ensure all transactions are accurately recorded.
  • They would work closely with the warehouse team to track the cost of goods sold and manage inventory valuation.
  • The Accounts Manager would prepare daily, weekly, or monthly reports on sales, expenses, and profitability to give to senior management.
  • They would ensure that all financial activities are compliant with local and national tax laws, preparing and filing tax returns as needed.
  • They would help to create and monitor budgets for different departments, and forecast future financial performance.
  • The manager would be the main point of contact for external auditors, providing them with the necessary financial documents and information.

Job Timings: 1100 AM to 0900 PM.
