Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Site Engineer located in Karāchi. The Site Engineer will be responsible for overseeing daily construction activities, ensuring compliance with design plans and specifications, and maintaining quality control on-site. They will work closely with team members and subcontractors to address challenges, monitor progress, and ensure safety standards are met. The role also involves effective communication with project managers and other stakeholders to ensure timely project delivery.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in on-site operations, including supervision and execution of construction activities
  • Excellent communication skills to coordinate with team members & sub/pety contractors
  • Experience in quality control to ensure materials, processes, and structures adhere to project standards
  • Proficiency in structural engineering principles and civil engineering practices
  • Project management experience and familiarity with construction safety protocols are a plus
  • Bachelor's degree/Dae in Civil Engineering or a related field is required
  • Relevant certifications or training in construction and project supervision will be an advantage
