Position Overview

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Social Media Manager | Account Executive to join our growing team. This hybrid role involves managing multiple brand accounts, working closely with clients and creatives, and leading the charge on digital storytelling and brand visibility.

You'll be crafting engaging content, building content strategies, collaborating on mood boards, and participating in shoots — all while staying ahead of the latest trends.

Key Responsibilities


• Manage 4–6 brand accounts, ensuring tailored strategies for each client.


• Write creative, engaging, and on-brand captions for social media.


• Coordinate with designers for grid/post designs; Canva proficiency is required for stories or additional graphics.


• Be present in the office 3 days a week (Monday, Wednesday, Friday).


• Work closely with clients to understand and execute their brand vision.


• Plan and implement content strategies and monthly calendars.


• Collaborate on mood boards, visual direction, and photoshoot planning.


• Attend and support photoshoots and content creation sessions.


• Convey content requirements to the content team (sometimes required to record or edit independently).


• Work closely with the ads team to plan and design ad campaigns for respective clients.


• Track performance using social media analytics tools; report and adjust strategies accordingly.


• Stay updated with the latest digital trends, reels, and marketing practices.


• Take ownership of additional responsibilities as needed.

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in Canva (especially for stories/graphics); coordination with designers for grids is required.
  • Experience in social media marketing and optimization (SMO).
  • Strong content writing, captioning, and creative storytelling skills.
  • Knowledge of social media analytics tools and interpreting engagement metrics.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and in a collaborative team environment.
  • Strong organizational skills with a knack for multitasking in a fast-paced setting.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally for shoots or client meetings.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Design, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
  • Prior experience in the food, beauty, fashion, or lifestyle industry is a plus.
  • Develop sales-oriented content that supports ad campaigns and conversions — Account Managers will be responsible for creating the base content that the ads team will run.
