Mommy's Breakfast Club (MBC) is a community platform dedicated to creating safe, fun, and empowering spaces for moms and families. Through family festivals, creative kids' workshops, wellness sessions, and mom-led markets, we bring families together to connect, learn, and thrive. MBC has hosted over 30 events, reached 100,000+ individuals online, and built a network of young and working mothers. One of our recent hits was FamFest 2025 in Lahore which was a successful event for all the families and vendors who participated.
Role Description
We are seeking a dynamic and creative Brand Manager to lead brand strategy and execution for both Mommy's Breakfast Club (MBC) and FamFest. This hybrid role requires a strategic thinker with strong execution skills who can balance premium positioning with a community-first approach. The ideal candidate will have experience in brand development, event marketing, digital strategy, and public relations, and will play a central role in building meaningful connections with our audience.
Key Responsibilities:
Brand Strategy & Positioning:
- Develop, implement, and manage brand strategies for both MBC and FamFest.
- Ensure consistent brand voice, visual identity, and messaging across all channels.
- Conduct competitor and market research to identify growth opportunities.
Marketing & Campaigns:
- Design and execute marketing campaigns to grow brand awareness and community engagement.
- Manage social media presence and digital marketing, ensuring content is creative, on-brand, and impactful.
- Oversee influencer partnerships, PR campaigns, and collaborations.
Event Branding & Experience:
- Work closely with the events team to craft immersive brand experiences at FamFest and MBC activations.
- Ensure sponsors and partners are integrated seamlessly into branding and communications. Coordinate with creative teams to design marketing collateral, event visuals, and promotional materials.
Community & Partnerships:
- Build relationships with sponsors, vendors, media partners, and collaborators.
- Act as brand ambassador, representing MBC and FamFest in external communications.
- Drive brand advocacy by engaging directly with our community.
Analytics & Reporting:
- Track campaign performance and audience insights, providing reports and recommendations.
- Monitor KPIs such as engagement, reach, sales conversions, and event turnout.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
- 2–4 years of brand management, marketing, or communications experience (event/entertainment industry a plus).
- Strong grasp of digital and social media marketing.
- Excellent communication, copywriting, and presentation skills.
- Creative mindset with an eye for design and storytelling.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative, and evolving environment.
