  1. Process customer invoices, receipts, and timely bookkeeping.

  2. Prepare and verify supplier invoices, process payments, and reconcile vendor accounts.

  3. Monitor aging schedules and ensure timely settlements of receivables and payables.

  4. Maintain accurate records of stock and reconcile inventory balances with accounts.

  5. Record journal entries and ensure proper GL coding.

  6. Support month-end and year-end closing processes.

  7. Perform bank reconciliations on a timely basis and resolve variances.

  8. Prepare general ledger reconciliations and correct discrepancies.

  9. Ensure compliance with applicable withholding tax (WHT) requirements.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs70, Rs100,000.00 per month

Education:

  • Master's (Preferred)
