About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented
Senior Account Manager
to join our Lahore team. This onsite role requires someone who can build strong client relationships, lead account strategies, and ensure seamless delivery of campaigns and projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.
  • Develop and execute account strategies aligned with client objectives.
  • Oversee project planning, timelines, and deliverables with internal teams.
  • Coordinate with creative, digital, and production teams to ensure quality outputs.
  • Provide regular performance updates, insights, and recommendations to clients.
  • Identify opportunities to strengthen partnerships and enhance client satisfaction.
  • Support and mentor junior account executives/managers.

Requirements

  • Minimum
    2 years of experience
    in account management, client servicing, or a related role (agency experience preferred).
  • Strong communication, organizational, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
