Job Title: Accounts Manager (OnSite – Evening Shift)

Timings: 3:00 PM to 12:00 AM (Pakistan Standard Time, Mon-Fri)

Experience: 4–5 years (preferably in a technology company)

Location: Satellite Town Rawalpindi – Pakistan

Software Expertise: QuickBooks

Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Accounts Manager to handle our financial operations and reporting. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with QuickBooks, a strong understanding of accounting principles, and the ability to communicate fluently in English with international teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily accounting operations and ensure accurate financial reporting.
  • Prepare and reconcile balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and cash flow reports.
  • Oversee accounts receivable/payable, payroll, and expense tracking.
  • Maintain and update records in QuickBooks.
  • Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
  • Coordinate with management and external auditors when required.
  • Ensure compliance with company financial policies and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • 4–5 years of accounting experience, preferably in a technology or service-based company.
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks (Online version preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of accounting standards and financial management.
  • Excellent English communication skills — written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a remote setup.
  • Females are encouraged to apply with drops provided at their home at night.

Compensation:

Competitive salary based on experience and skill level.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs100, Rs125,000.00 per month
