Job Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive media buying strategies tailored specifically to Meta platforms (Facebook and Instagram), aligned with campaign objectives, target audience, and allocated budgets.
  • Set up, manage, and optimize advertising campaigns on Meta, including ad creation, audience targeting, budget allocation, and performance monitoring.
  • Conduct in-depth audience research to refine targeting strategies and enhance campaign effectiveness.
  • Analyze campaign data, performance metrics, and KPIs to extract actionable insights and continually optimize campaign performance.
  • Work closely with the creative team to ensure ad creatives are compelling, engaging, and optimized for Meta platforms.
  • Stay current with Meta platform updates, industry trends, and best practices in performance marketing.
  • Manage and optimize monthly ad spends exceeding $50K, ensuring maximum ROI and meeting defined KPIs.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver regular performance reports, insights, and strategic recommendations for future campaigns.
  • Ensure all campaigns align with the brand's voice, goals, and international ecommerce standards.

Requiremens

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Digital Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field.

  • Experience: Minimum 3 years of international experience in media buying focused on Meta platforms.

  • Ecommerce Experience: Proven track record of managing ad campaigns for international ecommerce brands.

Ad Spend: Experience handling monthly Meta ad budgets exceeding $50,000.

  • Revenue Exposure: Previously worked with ecommerce brands generating $1M+ in monthly revenue.
