Senior Advertising Strategist

As a seasoned expert in digital advertising, you will oversee the development and execution of our Meta ad strategy, driving high-quality leads and conversions. This role requires complete ownership of our paid social campaigns, from creative development to sales handoff.

Responsibilities
  • Design and manage paid social campaigns across Meta platforms to generate high-quality leads and drive order conversions
  • Develop a comprehensive customer acquisition funnel, including audience targeting, creative development, and landing page optimization
  • Analyze campaign performance, focusing on key metrics such as cost per acquisition (CPA), cost per order, and return on investment (ROI)
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless follow-up and maximize conversion rates
  • Implement A/B testing strategies for ad creatives, targeting, and landing pages to continually improve performance
  • Prepare in-depth reports on campaign insights, trends, and actionable recommendations to senior leadership, highlighting business KPIs and revenue impact
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of experience managing Meta ads for lead generation and order conversion
  • Proven success in optimizing campaigns for business results, with clear examples of achieving substantial order and revenue growth
  • Expert proficiency in Meta Ads Manager, pixel/event tracking, custom and lookalike audiences, and attribution models
  • Strong experience in full-funnel optimization, including landing page and sales process alignment
  • Advanced analytical and reporting skills; ability to translate data insights into actionable business strategies
