We are looking for a skilled Dynamics 365 Techno-Functional Expert to lead the design, customization, and implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between business requirements and technical execution, ensuring seamless integration, performance, and scalability of the system.

Key Responsibilities

  • Implement, configure, and customize Microsoft Dynamics 365 modules (Finance, Supply Chain, Sales, or HR).
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and design system solutions.
  • Develop and deploy customizations using Power Platform, Power Automate, and Plugins.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation and user manuals.
  • Integrate Dynamics 365 with external systems via APIs and data connectors.
  • Troubleshoot issues, provide technical support, and ensure system stability.
  • Support version upgrades, data migrations, and performance tuning.
  • Train end-users and ensure best practices are followed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
  • 4–8+ years of hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O / CE / Business Central.
  • Proficiency in C#, .NET, Power Apps, Power Automate, and SQL.
  • Strong understanding of D365 architecture, entities, and data model.
  • Experience with integration tools (KingswaySoft, Azure Logic Apps, etc.).
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills

  • Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Developer / Solution Architect.
  • Knowledge of Azure DevOps and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Experience with BI tools like Power BI.
  • Exposure to both on-premise and cloud D365 environments.
