Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled
Dynamics 365 Business Central Consultant
to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will lead the implementation, customization, and ongoing support of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, ensuring it meets the needs of our growing organization. The Business Central Expert will work closely with cross-functional teams to optimize business processes and leverage the full capabilities of Business Central.

Key Responsibilities:

System Implementation and Customization:

• Lead the implementation and configuration of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central based on business requirements.

• Customize and extend Business Central functionality using AL code, Power Apps, and other relevant technologies.

• Design and develop custom reports and dashboards using Power BI and other reporting tools.

Integration and Data Management:

• Integrate Business Central with other enterprise systems and third-party applications.

• Manage data migration, ensuring data integrity and accuracy during transitions.

• Develop and maintain data workflows and automation processes to streamline operations.

Support and Maintenance:

• Provide ongoing support and maintenance for Business Central, addressing any issues or bugs promptly.

• Conduct regular system audits to ensure optimal performance and compliance with industry standards.

• Implement and manage security measures to protect sensitive business data.

Collaboration and Training:

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions that meet their needs.

• Provide training and support to end-users to ensure effective use of Business Central.

• Work with cross-functional teams to optimize business processes and leverage Business Central capabilities.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

• Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central certification preferred.

• 3 years of experience in implementing and customizing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.

• Proficient in AL code, Power Apps, Power BI, and other relevant technologies.

• Strong understanding of business processes and requirements.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
