Role Overview:

We're looking for an experienced Cold Caller to join our team. You'll be responsible for reaching out to potential clients (mainly tradies and service-based businesses in Australia), introducing AK Marketing's services, and booking qualified appointments for our sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound cold calls to Australian businesses.
  • Qualify leads and identify decision-makers.
  • Present AK Marketing's services in a clear and professional manner.
  • Overcome objections and handle conversations confidently.
  • Book appointments for our sales team.
  • Update CRM with call notes and lead information.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of proven cold calling / telesales experience (preferably B2B).
  • Excellent English communication skills (clear, confident, and persuasive).
  • Strong objection-handling and rapport-building skills.
  • Comfortable working in a KPI-driven environment.

Work Schedule:

  • Timing:
    5 AM – 1 PM (Pakistan Standard Time)
  • Days:
    Monday to Friday
  • Location:
    Blue Area, Islamabad
