About the Role:

We're looking for a results-driven SEO Team Lead to take charge of our organic growth strategy. In this role, you'll lead a skilled team of SEO specialists and collaborate with content, development, and marketing teams to maximize visibility, traffic, and conversions.

This position is ideal for someone who combines strong analytical thinking with creative problem solving and knows how to turn insights into measurable results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive SEO strategy aligned with business goals.
  • Lead, mentor, and grow a team of SEO professionals.
  • Conduct technical SEO audits and guide implementation of best practices.
  • Oversee keyword strategy, on-page optimization, and link-building efforts.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure SEO is integrated across all channels.
  • Track performance and provide actionable insights using tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console.
  • Stay informed on algorithm changes, SEO trends, and emerging technologies.

Qualifications

  • Prior SEO experience.
  • Proven track record of driving measurable organic growth for high-traffic websites.
  • Deep understanding of technical, on-page, and off-page SEO.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency with SEO and analytics tools.
  • Experience working with developers and content teams.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with international SEO or multi-language websites.
  • Knowledge of conversion rate optimization best practices.
  • Familiarity with structured data and AI-driven search.
