About the Role

Abacus BPO is looking for a Team Lead to oversee daily operations, manage team performance, and ensure smooth workflow within a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and support daily team operations in line with business goals and KPIs
  • Coach and motivate team members to improve performance and productivity
  • Allocate tasks and manage shift schedules as per operational requirements
  • Conduct team meetings, one-on-ones, and performance reviews
  • Act as the point of escalation for issues and ensure timely resolution
  • Monitor and report campaign performance with data-driven insights
  • Stay updated on industry trends and tools relevant to team operations

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or above
  • 1–2 years of experience as a Team Lead in a call center or BPO environment
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Sound knowledge of contact center operations
  • Proficiency in MS Excel
  • Flexibility to work rotational shifts (5 days a week)

Working Hours

  • Rotational shifts (9 hours per day)
  • Two weekly offs
