About the Role

We are hiring a
Full Stack Developer
with strong expertise in
Python
and
Angular
. These two technologies are
mandatory
for this role. The ideal candidate should be capable of handling both frontend and backend development, ensuring seamless integration, scalability, and performance.

Experience with additional technologies, frameworks, or databases will be considered a
plus
, but solid command over Python (for backend) and Angular (for frontend) is essential.

You will work in close collaboration with the product, design, and QA teams to build robust, secure, and high-performing web applications.

Key Responsibilities

Full Stack Development

  • Develop and maintain scalable web applications using
    Python (Django / Flask / FastAPI)
    and
    Angular
    .
  • Design and implement RESTful APIs and ensure smooth frontend-backend integration.
  • Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following best practices.
  • Optimize applications for performance, security, and scalability.

Collaboration & Integration

  • Work closely with UI/UX designers to create responsive and intuitive interfaces.
  • Collaborate with DevOps and QA teams for deployment and quality assurance.
  • Participate in sprint planning, stand-ups, and code reviews.

Testing & Quality Assurance

  • Debug and troubleshoot issues across the stack.
  • Write and maintain unit/integration tests to ensure code reliability.
  • Maintain consistent performance and coding standards.

Continuous Improvement

  • Stay updated with modern frameworks and best practices in full stack development.
  • Suggest and implement improvements in system design, workflow, and tools.
  • Contribute to reusable components and shared libraries.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 3–4 years
    of professional experience as a Full Stack Developer.
  • Mandatory:
    Strong expertise in
    Python
    (Django, Flask, or FastAPI)
    and Angular
    (latest versions).
  • Strong understanding of
    RESTful APIs
    ,
    database design
    (MySQL, PostgreSQL), and
    ORMs
    .
  • Solid knowledge of
    HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), and TypeScript
    .
  • Familiarity with
    Git
    ,
    CI/CD pipelines
    , and
    Docker
    is preferred.
  • Understanding of
    UI/UX principles
    and responsive design best practices.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.

  • Experience with other frontend frameworks (React, Vue) or backend frameworks.
  • Knowledge of
    cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
