Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Company Owner located in Karachi Division. The Company Owner will oversee daily operations, manage project portfolios, ensure compliance with safety regulations, and maintain high standards of quality in all construction projects. Responsibilities will include strategic planning, managing budgets, building client relationships, and leading the team to achieve organizational goals.

Qualifications

  • Leadership and Team Management skills
  • Project Management, Strategic Planning, and Budget Management skills
  • Experience in Infrastructure Development and Construction
  • Knowledge of Safety Regulations and Quality Assurance
  • Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills
  • Problem-solving and Decision-making skills
  • Ability to work on-site in Karachi Division
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
  • Previous experience in a senior management role in the construction industry is a plus
