The Opportunity
This is a
dual-impact leadership role
— responsible for both
top-line growth
through sales and owner acquisition
and
ensuring
exceptional guest and partner experiences
through customer service excellence.
You will:
- Lead sales strategy and execution across customer acquisition, corporate partnerships, and direct bookings.
- Manage the customer service team to deliver prompt, empathetic, and efficient support for guests and property owners.
- Build scalable systems, playbooks, and teams that fuel both revenue growth and guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities1. Sales Leadership & Growth
- Define and execute Lokal's Pakistan sales strategy, with clear quarterly and annual growth targets.
- Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing sales team for owner acquisition, corporate accounts, and partnerships.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporates, travel agencies, and event organizers for bulk bookings and partnerships.
- Collaborate with marketing and revenue management teams to optimize pricing, promotions, and campaigns that boost direct bookings.
2. Customer Experience & Support Management
- Lead and manage Lokal's customer service team to deliver excellent guest and partner support.
- Establish clear
SLA and CSAT targets
(e.g., first response time, resolution time, customer satisfaction scores). - Implement tools, systems, and processes (CRM, ticketing software) to track and improve guest and owner interactions.
- Create feedback loops with operations, product, and revenue management teams to continuously improve service quality and address recurring issues.
- Train the team to handle escalations with professionalism, empathy, and efficiency.
3. Commercial Operations & Reporting
- Set up and maintain dashboards for sales pipeline, bookings, owner onboarding, and customer service performance.
- Use data to forecast demand, measure conversion rates, and identify areas for improvement.
- Report monthly and quarterly results, highlighting key wins, challenges, and growth opportunities.

Qualifications & Experience
- 3+ years of experience in sales, customer success, or commercial leadership roles — ideally in
hospitality, real estate, or B2B services
. - Proven track record of driving revenue growth
and
leading customer-facing teams. - Experience managing CRM, ticketing systems, and building feedback loops for continuous improvement.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to travel across Pakistan to meet owners, clients, and team members.
